Suspected armed robbers burnt to death in Benue (Graphic) by Trizzi(op): 10:54am On Apr 04, 2019

Two suspected armed robbers were burnt to death by a mob at Akerior in Ushongo local government area in Benue state on Wednesday April 3rd.

According to reports, the robbers were apprehended while attempting to rob an Igbo trader popularly known as CK. The suspects who were three in number, rode on a motorcycle. While two were apprehended and lynched, one of them managed to escape.

A locally made automatic rifle with rounds of ammunition was recovered from them and has been handed over to the police.

I feel very sad each time I see gory pictures like these. But still, it doesn't negate the fact that these armed robbers have brought nothing but pain, sorrow and sometimes death to their victims.

Crime doesn't pay. In an insane clime like ours, once you're caught, you pay with your life. Except you're a politician or a government official, then ofcourse you will be celebrated.

Those that burnt the young men are also criminals

This is the most effective criminal adminstration system in Nigeria. Robbers can be heartless they deserve worse.

The main cause of jungle justice is as a result of failed security system in this nation,had it been once a robber or criminal is caught ,he would be charged to curt or dealt with mercilessly with The consequences of stealing or doing evil it would have been better. But so sad even when you caught them and taken to police station within few hours they would end released, people now take laws into their hands. God have mercy on this nation

Human beings sabi form they holy pass, robbery is very bad but jungle justice is far more ... I know these robbers are heartless and all that but God in heaven would have ended us a long time ago if he never wanted us to have a second chance in life.... All humans deserve a second chance and please jungle justice is not the way at all.... Politicians that hire thugs to kill fellow Nigerians Wetin we go come do them na.....
