It's from the media you can get information about the trial's and it is plainly written and in simple english in all of the major dailies in Nigeria regardless of ownership or party affliations. What they are accusing him of is simple which is "why didn't you declare this dom account" and " How come you have this much money in this dom account"? The third accusation of why he got gifts from lawyers was answered by him as gifts for his daughter's wedding. It's now left for the court to look into the records to ensure that these same lawyers don't have cases with the supreme Court as at that time. It's even suspicious in itself that it's only lawyers that gave him huge sums of money as gift for his daughter's wedding when his close friends are not lawyers but judges. Besides, he won't say he doesn't have other friends from other works of life. Why didnt they send him money too?or are lawyers the wealthiest amongst professions? These are things he needs to answer.

You are the one who is not following the actual proceedings but has swallowed the media trials hook line and sinker.

Anti corruption fight just enter crossroads.

If the fight against corruption is real and genuine, the crooked and corrupt judge must be sacked, his proceeds of corruption must be garnished by the FG, he must be made to pay restitution and sent to jail.

.....if not, the anti corruption fight is a joke and PMB and his anti corruption stand should never be taken seriously.

You are very funny.

Where is or who are the sources of those media reports you refer to? Anonymous?

Are you even paying any attention to the time frame of those declarations? Has any of the declared assets been verified by the CCB?

I urge you to read up on the actual tribunal proceedings and stop propagating the false narratives being dished out by the government propagandists masquerading as media outlets.

This is why I said you were not following the proceedings. As at the first time he was accused (before the elections) the CCT never even looked into his declarations and that was why he filed for a no case cos you can't be accusing someone when you haven't even checked whether the person erred or not and I was in support of him and even was angry at the ineptitude of the EFCC for accusing someone of falsifying assets that the arbiter, the CCT, hasn't looked into . After the elections, they looked through and then found out he missed out the dom account. I wI'll even still not take this as an offence cos it happened to Tinubu sometime ago and he came back to declare what was omitted. The one I find surprising is having over a million dollars in your dom account with no legitimate explanation of the source of the funds.

The Onnoghrn you're even supporting has resigned in order to avoid a sack and loss of all his entitlements. So much for the corrupt judge to take.
