As long as it is not on 4G only yes you can, it will use 3G to send and return back to 4G

tnx for the reply... But I want to ask what is wrong with my phone "max 2" I bought airtel 4G sim here in ibadan 2 weeks ago.. I used the sim with the 4G network for 2 days and after that... It switch to 3G... I've tried all my best to make it switch to 4G but it's not working... I don't know what to do anymore

I doubt if the issue is with your phone, don't you think your line has been blocked? Did you recharge the line within 24hrs after registration? Try to place a call to confirm
