As Fadama no disburse see wetin men they yarn....#but buhari paparazzi looks like a scam... Just take a look at all the recruitment....immigration.... Prison..fire service...road safety... Only npower was transparent.... The rest were not based on merit

No guys can say he or she have not received the grant although it was slashed but disbursed. guys talk, unless u have been receiving npower and they have blocked ur account.
