guys, please look into this, I was about applying to M.A. European Studies at The University of Regensburg and they request for this "a thesis-driven academic essay (including works cited) in English of 12,000-15,000 characters including blanks. Please note: The topic will be posted on the American Studies website (here!) by April 15" do they mean my BA thesis? like that 61 pages minimum? or they expect me to write/ compose a new thesis for the MA? just like ML? and yes I mailed the school for clarification but they are yet to reply.

The course u went for, is it in direct correlation to ur Bsc?.. If yes what if u have been working out of ur line of study for sometime n decide to go back like after some years, will you be granted visa to study or u have to get admission in line with ur current area of work? Pls gurus help

It says travel health insurance (plus one photocopy) what photocopy if I may ask
Can anyone guide me through what and what exactly must be enclosed in the envelope

@kashman411. If you have gone thruu previous pages, you should have known there is no age limit to either going for bachelors or masters.

You can still apply for masters. That you study statistics does not necessarily mean the masters you can apply to should be titled "statistics". Try apply to courses that require statistics as requirement for admission. E.g. logistics or supply chain management. Statistics is about collection and analysis of data; you can also go for data analytics, data mining, business analytics, marketing, any masters in research and development etcThere are others that might interest you but you really need to make google your friend. Search for something like, "career in statistics".

There is no age limit bro. Honestly am really surprised you have been saying you can't get courses related to statistics. Anyway it depends on what area of statistics you are interested in. Statistics cuts across several disciplines, but you can look at courses ranging from business intelligence, data science, medical eg epidemiology, quantitative finance etc

But if you interested in the winter semester which will start most likely by September, October pls you just have to start looking for schools now. I mean right now, Lol

Both of these illustrations is possible. I got 3 admissions this summer, well 4 if you add the one that had a conditional admission. 2 I got with my job experience which is slightly different from my what I studied( not that my studies and grade in school wasn't looked at oo) but I tried to lay more emphasis on the job in my CV and my motivational letter. The other 2 I got purely based on my first degree.
Infact when I went for interview at the embassy, I had to lay more emphasis on my job experience because the admission letter I used was one that had nothing to do with my studies.

I don't know, my CGPA is 1.5 German scale. So I can't say for sure but it should help in some schools

That's not what I said. I said the programs for winter start by September, October and it's application process have already commenced for some schools, so it's better you start now.

As regards your HND, I really don't think you can get a masters with it more especially if you have not gotten very good work experience. But anyway you can try your luck, there is no harm in trying.

June wil be quite late for applications...most schools must have closed their portals..
He only meant winter semesters starts by September, October ie for lectures.
