Why would you wish a man doing a legitimate job evil though? A court of law finds someone guilty and sentences him/her to death and the executioner carries out the court's orders. Where's the problem in that?

Lethal injection is extremely painful! It gradually burns the victim alive from within! It takes several minutes for the victim to die.

Hanging is very painful! It kills the victim gradually.

Firing squad is terrible to the victim. It also kills the victim gradually.

Gas chamber is also very painful! It kills the victim gradually.

Electrocution is less painful when compared with lethal injection. However, it still more painful than beheading.
