[quote author=odizeey post=77517537]Our players are shitte or they suffer from proper development. Please no matter how bad martial, pogba, Lukaku, rashford, herera, Shaw, Baily, Fred play they are not Shiite. We all knew how these guys balled in their previous teams and here sometimes. Their gameplay was not developed. How player no go fit trap ball. Wetyn happen. How you take reach that level, play no fit pass well. Abegi. Do u think Liverpool would be aiming for EPL this season with Salah, Mane, Firminho doing on and off..capital NO. Title winning team must maintain a level of consistency week in week out. That's their profession and that's what they are paid to do. When Ihenacho was doing nonsense with PEP..he kicked his ass out. Identity players that doesn't fit into the plan and weed them out. I can bet it that martial will pick up from next week and then we forget about a replacement only for him to go off immediately transfer is closed and then the cycle continues. That type of player shouldn't be a starter. Moyes, Van gall, Jose, and now OLE but situation remains the same. What Does that suggest to us. It simply means we need to look at the PLAYERS. Martial and Lingard should be like shakiri and Daniel Sturridge. At city, Mahrez and Gabriel Jesus are not regular starters despite their quality. That's how UNITED should operate |

odizeey:Be like say ifa don use one player swear for us wey dey make good players turn to useless players when dey reach man u. How person wan explain Sanchez, apart from the injury, Zaha and Depay etc. When these supposedly useless players leave they start playing well. Make we sha clear out more players than the ones we allow to stay so that they dont infect the new players. We go buy dybala, Grizemann, umtiti, verane, Kane and Salah only for them to turn to pub players. We go come dey wonder wetin happen. |

codedguy1:that's the issue. The team needs a good psychologist. Sanchez went dey ball just flop once. Wetyn happen. |

codedguy1:The core of the team needs total overhauling. Only then can we move forward. It didn’t help that we were changing manager that don’t play the same kind of football. From Moyes to LVG to Mou and now OGS. Contrasting way of playing and it didn’t help that we have bang average players. |

@tenmariner Liverpool have two full backs that I don't know where they came from. Wjinadum Henderson naby Keita Fabiano. How are they better than our guys in their respective positions. Development, mentality, motivation. Football no be all about entering field. |

larride:Please what exactly do you mean by the "core of the team needs overhauling" Are you saying the main players that make up the "CORE" of the team should be changed? If yes, who are these "CORE" players? If No, how do you mean? I just want to understand! |

codedguy1:Yes, the players that make up the core of the team needs overhauling In Defense: Lindelof, Bailly, Smalling, Jones, Young, Darmain, Rojo, Shaw, Dalot, Valencia Midfield: Pogba, Herrera, Matic, Fred, McTom, Mata, Perreria Attack: Martial, Rashford, Lingard, Lukaku Now those we want should get rid off; Valencia Smalling Sanchez Young Jones Darmain Rojo Matic Lingard Mata Martial Herrera (maybe) Bailly (maybe) These are the players I feel we should discard. 5 or 6 of them have been starters for like 5 years now. Something needs to change. Do you understand now? |

.........DDG YG..SM..LD..LK ..HR...MAT..PO ..LI...RA..MA Were winning matches for us unitl injury scattered the team. The went on a streak. If you still have eleven of them and a good bench, we will return to playing good football. |

Our boys could not make simple forward passes today. |
| Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by ChristineC: 10:35pm On Apr 13, 2019 |
MrDojo:how are these bigger clubs than Man United? Besides, is this where you say maga united? Players don't move because it's "bigger club", there are a lot of considerations; and highly placed on the list is salaries. |
| Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by codedguy1(m): 11:02pm On Apr 13, 2019 |
larride:Okay. When you said core needs to be overhauled i thought you were talking about the spine of the team as at now which to me will be Rashford, Pogba, Mctominay, lindelof and De gea. We all already know the likes of all on the list you listed need to be thrown into the abyss. |

Never been so happy to be too busy to watch any football match. I pray to be this busy till summer and I see how our transfer window goes. So help me God, amen! |

No one is blaming Pogba since he score two penalty goal and won man of the match, Pogba is one of the main problem of this team. |
| Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by eph12(m): 11:14pm On Apr 13, 2019 |
I'm of the opinion that these guys ignore everything and learn how to make simple forward passes. Just learn to pass with teammates and make off the ball runs. How can professionals not know this? |

ChristineC:Lol @ the bold. It's obvious you disagree with me... So, there is no point arguing. Yeah a lot of considerations factor in modern day transfer market, but 8/10; most players will choose a 'bigger club' than a better salary. Especially if they are still young. E.g. De Jong choosing Barca over PSG. Even when it was reported PSG offered him a higher salary. The reason I called United - Maga United, is because of how most clubs take advantage of your status as one of the richest clubs on the planet. P.s. do you honestly think De Ligt will choose United over Barcelona or Bayern Munich? Well, stranger things have happened. So, it's totally not impossible. |

In those eight games you couldn't tell that his tactic was crap. |
| Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by patrickmuf(m): 6:17am On Apr 14, 2019 |
I will still keep Martial, he has it in him however, he is going through a bad patch. I don't know but our coaching crew should start working on the players individually rather than as a group, it's ridiculous that from here we have pointed out time without number that Martial doesn't attempt to make runs in behind as he hugs the wings often times making it easy for the average fullback to deal with him yet the coaches don't seem to be working on that aspect of his game. Not every player is like Ronaldo and Messi who look to improve on their performances game after game, for some of them, you just have sit with them everyday like babies to review their performance, give them that psychological boost etc. It's painful in reality when you consider how much they are paid but we need to manage them or cut our losses which I don't think the board will be happy doing especially for the young talents (Martial, Rashford, Lindelof etc) As a team, there's a disconnect between our defense, midfield and attack, no synergy whatsoever and that's why we look drab going forward and very easy to play through. Often times you see Rashford pressing and Lingard and Martial are not in sync same thing with our midfield. It's also the case when you see Martial running at the opposition defense yet our full back will just stand waiting for him to perform some kind of magic. Movement is a key component of modern football, it is what makes Barcelona and City so dangerous, most of Messi goals where he appears to have dribbled 3-4 players are made possible because of the movement of his strike partners. |

MrDojo:there's nothing to lol about, how is Barca and Bayern bigger than Man United? ...if you say now it's not impossible for de Ligt to prefer MUFC, then what has been your point all along?
|
| Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by MrDojo(m): 8:55am On Apr 14, 2019 |
ChristineC:Asides wealth, what does United have more than Bayern Munich and Barcelona? Champions League Trophies? League Trophies? Cup Trophies? I don't think I've to mention that when comparing teams across Europe, Champions League is the main criteria used. So, United is not bigger than those clubs. Are they wealthier? Yes. But, not bigger. Since I'm not God or De Ligt, I can't predict what will happen. That's Life. But, the probability he'll choose United over those clubs is like 5%-10%. |

MrDojo:Within this context, are you saying that De ligt would prefer a move to the present AC Milan since they are "bigger" than Man utd ? |
| Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by MrDojo(m): 9:12am On Apr 14, 2019 |
adisaaowala:With the current state of the club, No! You know the context I wrote that statement... Don't twist my words Biko We a talking about two hours big clubs with history and present form competing against United. Who is also a big club with history, but the current state of the club is not comparable to its past. |
| Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by larride(m): 9:28am On Apr 14, 2019 |
MrDojo:Barca I agree, please how is Bayern a bigger club than Man Utd? Any criteria bring it, tell us how Bayern is a bigger club than Man Utd. Even raumdueter who’s a Bayern fan will disown you for this rubbish. |
