I thought so too but I reckon it is a slow build up to more explosive episode. They are too many sub plots to conclude for 6 episodes? I still enjoyed it.

She felt out of character throughoht the episode.

First she wouldn't shut up about elephants when it's clear that their weights would sink the Iron fleet to the bottom of the sea.
Then she gave that speech to Euron about how if he wants a whòre, buy one and if he wants a Queen, earn her. . . .then proceeded to fùck him like a whòre.

She keeps drinking wine while pregnant.

And she basically sent Bron to team up with Jaime and Tyrion.
All the lessons she took from Tywin on the importance of placing family name above personally glory are basically down the drain.
