Thought we will not hear of such anymore thoughtless of at the highest levels of this government at a dire time like this when government's finances are under severe pressure. Just goes to show that corruption in Nigeria is a structural, fundamental issue that only structural reforms can address. If we are still hearing billions stolen under the watch of a so called hardlined, incorrupt leader then when he is gone in 2023 what happens.... trillions? If we donot restructure we must then prepare for the worst. On a lighter note how come 'Hen...a' is close to 'Fowl...a'.
