The question of Igbos being jews or vice versa has been on for a long time. In 1789, or there abouts, Olauda Equinao wrote that no body knows whether Igbos came from jews or Jews came from Igbos. One thing however, is certain, they are similar in culture and tradition.

The 'Jews' of modern Israel have NOTHING to do with the ancient Israelites. They are whites from the Kazar region of Europe. They are 'Jews' only by CONVERSION to Judaism, not by blood. The ancient Israelites were not white Europeans. They were black people.

Those black people were driven out of Jerusalem and Israel after the city was besieged and attacked by Roman forces in 70 AD. A million or more of them fled into AFRICA. Mostly into west and central Africa, where Rome had no jurisdiction. Their descendants would number in the hundreds of millions today. If Igbos say they are descended from those fleeing ancient Jews, you can only ''make fun'' of them if you are an IGNORAMUS with regard to human and African history.
