I think the only thing the Supreme Court cannot do is to cancel the election and call for a fresh one. That's because of its cost implications.

Much as Buhari flouts the constitution, he wouldn't have a choice but to step aside if the Supreme Court jury says he lost the election.

Of course you should know, from the desperate attempt by the APC to distract, that the server result is genuine. Buhari and his fellow criminals in the APC and INEC have no real defense. That is why they are trying to distract from the real issue of who really won the election. They are don't want the case to be judged on merit. I think they have issue with may be his name or so. For example if you are Tochukwu, and shorten to Chukwu to make easier for pronunciation., or Adewale and you use Wale, I think that is what they are having issue with.

Their is no hack as we have freedom of information bill, the onus is why do we have a different figure from the announced?... it would eventually lead to forensic audit of collated figures to find why the disparity. Since the electronically transmitted is being proven to come from Inec system.

I beg to differ Nigeria is over ripe for this. You have to be willing to offset age old norms for a drastic change to occur. Nobody announces a revolution and I strongly believe all that's happening i.e the widespread hardship, joblessness, poverty, police brutality, our leaders taking us for granted, plus the political turmoil are all setting the stage for a final showdown that would make or break Nigeria.

Judgement is not about guilty of an offence, it's about how you can argue your case.

Even if it's very clear that Atiku won and Buhari/APC rigged, if it was discovered that Atiku filed Late or the qualifications of his lawyer is in doubt, theirs would be thrown out on technical grounds. That's how it works. Use anything to your advantage

They said pmb doesn't have waec you believed even though he was a retired general and a former head of state. Some pdp lawyers went to court but withdrew when they saw that they have no case.
