Just because you can't afford a medium/high-end PC doesn't mean you can't be part of the gaming community.
We PC users don't like to leave our brothers behind.

By low-end, I mean
Pc's with less than 4gig ram
64-215mb vram
Less than 2.2ghz
Windows xp, 7, 8 or 10

In some of the games one would have to reduce the settings.
Laptops and desktops.

Note that these are only games I have tested on a system below the above specs. So anybody could suggest more if you have experience on them.

Civilization V

I'm not really a fan of turn-based games but, they say it's good. I played it for a little while and got bored.

There you have it guys.

Don't worry by the time you'd be done playing all that. You would have upgraded your PC.

With my previous very old granny laptop, i still managed to played these games with decent fps at very low settings. The specs:

Intel(R) Core i3 - 5005U
x64 bit based processor
Ram: 4GB - 2.0Ghz 2.0Ghz
Intel R - HD graphics 5500

-Assassin's creed 1, 2 and 3
-Assassin's creed brotherhood & revelation
-Skyrim
-GTA iv
-batman arkham asylum
-Sleeping dog
-Road redemption
-Saint row iv
-PES 16,
-Assassin's creed rogue
-Crysis 1, 2
-Hitman absolutions
-Remember me
-Mount and blade Warband
-Left4Dead 1 and 2,
-PayDay
-Dead Space Trilogy!

+Plus all the games the op mentioned.

Als o played sniper ghost warrior 1 and 2, at the lowest settings.....with my former PC 1.7ghz amd e2......4gig ram
