He is not a Nigerian, He looks like One of those east African muslim men.

Nigerians are more Civil, Educated and humble in that aspect. A Nigerian man will never behave in such manner. A Nigerian man will Obey, follow them quietly and if found not guilty later he will sue for compensation/money.

It's European police nah, they don't shoot unarmed people. The guy would definitely go to jail for a few hours or maybe a few day, except he is charged for assault. But if the police really used Taser on his wife for no reason, then he will likely walk free.
