It's called settling out of court. Haven't you heard Nigeria Bar Association having different meetings with the Federal Government in Aso-Rock, to strike out the case and give the CJN a soft landing, so he can retire.
Watch how the CJN will honorably retire next month and also enjoy all is pensions and entitlement.
It's called National Interest, trying to save the face of the Highest Justice Institution in the Land.
If the CJN goes to Jail for corruption, the country will loose faith in the Judicial System.
I wonder why some Nigerians can't follow up on details and read between the lines.
