My opinion though. But Ilorin is not under or overrated. The rating is fair and ok.

You did not show us where people are living. That is where the rating starts. Even Aba has beautiful structures.

And is that all of Ilorin Those places definitely do not predominantly or solely contributing to the rating.

Of course, social structures and major roads are expected to be beautiful. Show us the habitation and environment of the masses

The West does not care to give it inclusion because it does not want to be in West.

Ilorin is stuck inbetween and most often not accounted for, resulting in neglect. If the citizens prefer to be North, then they must emphasize their inclusion in everything North, not just to be counted for religious advantage but also to be develeped along.

If they want to be West then they must begin to attend and participate in West agendas so they can be invluded in development spread.

Illorin is in the North-Central. Historically, a Yoruba man named Afonja escaped from Oyo to settle in Illorin after he was expected to commit suicide. This is why there are Yoruba people in Kwara.

Yes, there are Yoruba people there but if you trace their antecedent historically, they are not originally indigenes of Kwara.
