The concept not destiny (Qadr) does not exclude making active choice. If it does, we can give up on salat and tell ourselves that if Allah wills it, I will end up in Al janatul firdaus.

Destiny includes the choices we made and those we don't. If you were to give up Salat, then maybe Allah has destined hell for you.
A person destined for hell will keep on doing hellish deeds.

We have more resources than people. The richest man is worth around $130 Billion! And Bill gates is worth about 97 Billions too. Land abound for agriculture around us to plant crops. So what resources are you saying?

However, if Allah does will it, birth control cannot prevent it!
