#AtikuComes 1. Buhari swore on oath and delivered affidavit to INEC claiming he attended Elementary School Daura and Mai Aduaa between 1948 - 1952. 2. Atiku proved it that those schools were not in existence between 1948 - 1952 [ Offence: Pejury. 14yrs Buhari] 3. Buhari swore on oath that he attended Middle School Katsina between 1953 - 1956. 4. Now Atiku deposed it on court papers at the Election Tribunal that the middle school was also not in existence as at 1953 and up till 1956. [ Serial Forgery for PMB ] 5. Finally, Buhari swore on oath he attended Katsina Provincial College btwn 1956-1961 6. Atiku disclaims by asserting contrarily that the Katsina provinicial college was not in existence between 1956 - 1961. 7. If, Atiku proves this serial fraud with evidence, Buhari will have no answer in rebuttal than throw in d towel ATINSOLA Cc:ChristianNorth Tuniski |

If there is going to be fair hearing and judgement, (am not even interested in all these technicalities) its obvious the Election was rigged. The fact that INEC denied the existence of server for election results when there is, shows they rigged the election. But the main issue is can we trust those judges to give fair judgement. |

masinga07:Thanks for your openness bro let me assure you that as it stands today Atiku will emerge because the evidences from Atiku are too overwhelming which leaves the court with no choice. In law you can't build something (election results for Buhari) on top nothing (lack of evidence)! |

Ratello:@ OP the greatest case Atiku has against Buhari would be the discrepancy and alteration of election results different from what the INEC server produces. This is a very concrete evidence to be tendered in court. |

Heffalump:Actually, that's his most useless case against Buhari. The so-called evidence will be thrown out of court faster than you can say garri. |

Ipob people no get sense I swear. You should all read what the Nigerian constitution says about a former president seeking election to post they held b4 n understand Buhari does not need a primary school cert to vy for the presidency. |

Ratello:All these are pre-election matters and the Supreme Court had already ruled that the Tribunal does not have power to determine who is qualified or not but only the outcome of the election. Like I said before, those petitions were meant to keep Wole busy while the legal team focus squarely on INEC. Of course, the team would try to get the Supreme Court to set aside that precedent, but if they don't, we have enough evidence to nail INEC. Buhari's, APC's and INEC's defences bother squarely on Atiku's qualification and competence of his suits. So automatically, we expect the Tribunal to strike them out and then setup the path for a sweet and flawless Atiku's win. But if they fail to strike out the case and start entertaining pre-election matters (Atiku's eligibility), they would fall into our trap and all those things you mentioned would now become admissible and of course, we already know the outcome. 14 years for perjury and another flawless victory for Atiku. We prepare well for them. Their best option is to strike out all pre-election matters in accordance to existing Supreme Court precedent to save Buhari from a possible 14 years. If they do, the victory would become sweet and swift. |

I am seriously sympathize with IPOB and it's like. Atiku argument can't remove local government chairman not to talk about president. But there is nothing bad in someone ne consolling himself. |

Wiseandtrue:His witness will have to testify, whistleblower or no-whistleblower. The person will be cross-examined and will have to say how what he did was not in contravention of INEC rules or the law. It will be thrown out before anybody knows it. |

kayfra:There is nothing like illegal evidence. Once the evidence is genuine and relevant, it will be admissible. The manner of obtaining it may create/constitute an offence punishable separately. |
