Change the pixel of the photo to exactly 450by450 pixels, it'll accept, use any tool you find on Google. Just did mine

It has to be the exact dimension. Mine was higher than the dimension. Had to use photoshop to scale it to the dimension required and it worked!

its not accepting scanned passport , telling me it has to be height and width 450px x 450px, and this passport is even lower o, so mans just confused

This was the site i used to resize my picture to the required size http://www.picresize.com and i have been able to download my test invite.....try it
