Question 2 is possible, you can change the schedule as far there's available space

Reason is that he's a northerner and few northerner will apply.. So they had to consider him.

I remembered back then when I was still serving in the north, I applied for a first bank job and chose kano as my location,

They mailed me to complete my registration which I never had the time to do.

1) I doubt, cuz it was clearly stated that you should have completed Nysc, and they even asked for discharge cert no.
2) I'm not sure, my own test location was automatically generated according to the state I selected during registration.
3) My test time is 12pm
