You don't know how this Nigeria works. It seems there is a secret policy for the FG not to develop the SE. My mind tells me they believe the SE region will leave the union one day. All those Igbo political office holders have no powers to attract any major FG project. Even an Igbo president cannot do anything that's why most SE people prefer to leave the union. Why didn't GEJ do anything? He was afraid of losing the second term if he goes contrary to the secret plot. Unfortunately, he still didn't win.
