McTomminay, immediately he came on, performed better than 3/4 of his teammates. OGS probably has plans to include him more in the coming games.

Until we start playing a possession based system and they have worked on it in training with actual ball playing CB alongside him, you can’t say his passing isn’t good.

How any player will still come and ask for an increased wage after these displays of late and we eventually not making top 4 shows how useless that player is.

Any player that makes an attempt to ask for anything like new contract should be shown the way out. The club should call the shots in everything since they cant even deliver top 4.

Sanchez wages' is a clog.

I think I see what Ole is trying to build. A team that:

1. Builds from the back (can't currently do that consistently because we need a ball playing keeper. Also, a defence line comfortable on the ball is required)

2. Deploys a high line against lesser teams while ensuring defensive shape vs top teams.

3. Emphasis on build up within the final third coupled with high pressing. We usually see this for the first fifteen minutes but it goes up in flames due to poor fitness and...good mother of dragons! Our players are damn lazy!

Whether Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will succeed is for the gods to know but he has to be backed.

Mane,Salah,Firminio,VVD. Alisson. Fabinho. These are not average players.

Ederson,Laporte,Mendy,Fernandinho,debruyne,DSilva,BSilva,Aguero,Sane, Sterling,Mahrez, Jesus, Gundogan. Not average players.

Young player of the year is awarded to exceptional performers at or below the age of 25.

This means Sterling is still technically eligible for the award but it's really hilarious to see Sterling receive the award.

If our own Jesse was exceptional for a season and shortlisted, I bet no one would bat an eyelid even though he is technically ineligible for the award.
