Guys, for some reason, my RN 7 refuses to detect Ntel network.
Disable volte check with this code *#*#86583#*#* . This one works well for xiaomi phones without having to select 4g only and its persistent also. Switch airplane mode on/off and watch it come up, with these you can make volte calls too. If it doesn't come up, go to about phone, click on internal storage 7 times, enter phone information (depends on sim) select lte only.

Yeah, I used search engine for negative comments. Someone cleared it by saying the affected user dropped the phone into water. That settled it for me.

Glad to be part of the family smiley

My worry is I feel there are limited units being shipped to naija. Even if it gets to slot will it be slot nationwide or slot lagos?

I ordered for RN7 the 4/64gb variant on AliExpress since 29th and it has not been shipped. I'm beginning to panic already. And this is my first time of shopping on AliExpress. I don't know whether to cancel my order or not

29th of which month? If it's this month then it way too early to start complaining except you used DHL

Can we change the font of this phone without root permission?
You can get some fonts in your themes app, either type Aafont or mobyfont on the search bar of the themes app. For we wen nr like those bogus fonts, we settle with 'moby glint'.

I have only two words for you, BE PATIENT, if you are apprehensive you'll be distracted from doing more important things around you than anticipating ordinary phone. So just be patient and relax, it will arrive

Please, as newbie, don't be annoyed with our questions, what is the importance of this magisk and viper4android?
magisk provides root access to your phone, infact its the best root app for phones now.
Viper4android is a sound enhancement and modification app that improves the sound of your phone awesomely, it needs root access too sha

I've got an issue with an order and I need advice on how to proceed.

I ordered an item (not phone) on AliExpress. It was eventually shipped on 28th March which was like 7 days after placing the order.

Item landed in Lagos on 11th April but instead of being inserted in domestic bag bound for Abakaliki, Ebonyi state was taken to Uyo, Akwa-Ibom and has been there since13th April and its status is showing "unsuccessful item delivery" with the reason being "addressee requested own pickup" till date. I have been waiting for it to be rerouted to Abakaliki but till date that has not been done.

I reported at the Abakaliki Post Office 2 days ago and they assured me enquiries will be made and they'll get back to me.

Today I went back to the Post Office and the duty officer told me Uyo had been contacted and the parcel with my tracking no in their office has the name, phone no and address of an Uyo resident. (He gave me the name of this person and his exact location in Uyo).

I still have 30 days to receive the item. What do I do at this point. Please advise?

NB: Immediately I discovered the item was taken to Uyo and not brought to Abakaliki after a week of waiting, I tweeted at NIPOST and the Postmaster General, sent emails to NIPOST and the PostMaster General, called NIPOST Customer care lines but all has been to no avail. Phone lines did not connect, no responses on twitter and to my emails.

Abeg, when I change fonts, they don't have bold texts, I've tried about five fonts.

How can I return to default font? I no do again.

It's relatively fast @ 5V 2A and it charges full in a little over 2 hours.

A QC 3.0 charger will charge faster with about 1 hour 50 minutes to full charge. From my observation, the difference is usually achieved within the first 60%. After that, it's more or less the same with the follow come charger.
