The issues of blood test before marriage as a Christian is an issue that has become a controversy in most sector of the body of Christ. There are basically two types of classes towards this issue.

The first class believes that since it is God that has brought the two people together, he will take control of whatever needs attention in them working together which may include their blood test also.

The second class believes that it is unreasonable to enroll into a frustrating future all in the name of love and "God said" when the medical test are there to guide us in our decision making when it comes to marrying.

Though Some Christians consider it an act of faithlessness and carnality to have a blood check (genotype/blood group or AID'S Virus), but I find that reason to be a careless and a short sighted one in this era and present age of the church. To assume that there is no need to bother checking if you two are compatible medically before diving into marriage because you are both born again and brought together by God. That is absolute display of Lack of Wisdom.

The love you think you have for each other and connection will not clean and erase your actions in the past, neither will love heal venereal disease or Aid's virus, it can't even change your blood group. AIDS IS IN THE CHURCH whether you believe it or not and if an AIDS victim gets born again, it does not remove the HIV Virus except he prays to God to be healed.

if u are worshipping in a sincere church, they shouldn't wed u until u provide those tests results
