What do we do? It is their states (especially Lagos) that is developed. Development is the after mark of colonial rule.
Everybody comes here(Lagos) to do business, so the locals just sit back and collect rent and tax.
We don't seem to be able do develop other parts of Nigeria.

with this ridiculous list, acquire your skills in another state. go for trade tests usually in state ministry of works to acquire your certificate and later register your business with corporate affair commission. an apprentice can even formalize his training in vocational training school so as to get certificate. with any of above options, an artisan can work without being harassed by any association.
