The economic policies under Jonathan were way better than Buhari's. The endemic corruption, lawlessness and indiscipline were the Achilles's heel of that government.

If only Buhari had simply maintained the floating exchange rate he met, the severe forex scarcity ithat Buhari's pegging of the exchange rate caused would never have happened.

If the scarcity never happened, industries wouldn't have collapsed due to the absence of dollars to import raw materials.

And if companies hadn't collapsed, they wouldn't have sacked millions of workers.

And if all the aforementioned did not happen ncluding the sack of millions, a recession so severe lasting 6 quarters wouldn't have occurred.

Soludo and Sanusi were so quick in condemning his policies. By July 2015, or even before then, Sanusi urged Buhari's advisers to talk truth to power.

Years after Jonathan left office, he has been vindicated in all spheres.

The North is now lost in shame.

Shettima lost his voice and has resorted to crocodile tears.

Corruption has quadrupled.

We are no longer safe.

Nigeria has now been stratified into masters and slaves ( the conquered).

Jonathan was our best chance to retire the dinosaurs from our political life.

He was our chance to Nigeria governed by plan and well thought policies.

Our chance to a Nigeria where meritocracy would be enthroned.

Things weren't all perfect, but the efforts were sufficient.

We lost it, all thanks to Obama, Tinubu, Amaechi, Atiku, Kwankwaso, Saraki, and Co. I'm happy these men are all reaping the fruit of the kind of Nigeria they wanted to build with Buhari.

Senator Ben Bruce, how does that solve unemployment, solve power problem and fix bad road in Nigeria .
