| Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 15 by chibertha(f): 2:37pm On May 10, 2019 |
Your perception is correct take my refusal case for instance in the refusal letter the Vo checked - purpose of visit - current employment situation I was confused about the first then the second I just thought it was because I was placed on redundancy since we just finished a project. But how wrong I was when I got the GCMS note I saw After a review of the application and supporting documents provided, programme of study does not appear to be consistent with previous education and employment history. meanwhile My degree is Civil engineering Public Health /Environmental Engineering Option I was a waste water and water treatment plant trainee Engineer. I have been working as Health Safety and Environment, officer, supervisor, coordinator and Engineer at different times I have certificates for treatment of oil-contaminated water and soil from The Netherlands Hazardous wastes management from The Netherlands too Diploma in QA and QC from India In my almost all my roles which my CV covered I oversee that the plant effluent is consistent to WHO and Nigeria standards I just knew the person did not do a good job Meanwhile, the application was received and rejected the same day. Note the course I applied for was and is still Water Quality it has an aspect of design which was lacking in my first degree years the main reason I am going for it is to enable me to be able to easily do modifications and design components for Upgrading of existing plants where I work. My dear, they do whatever they like. zsuby: |

Please I’m so mad now how can I do it... I want to pay tuition fees and the school emailed me that I can’t make a payment until I select and register my courses, and before I do that, I have to select an adviser who I will contact either my call, email or Skype to book a date that I will select the courses. Now I have selected an adviser and she gave me date which is on 6th next month, school is September now and I have less than 3 months now. Please gurus in the house advise me on what to do now I cant sleep again my heart is heavy. I’m thinking of submitting the visa app next week without tuition payment |

sillysassysally:Hello Sillysassysally, Hahahahahaha @ the word Spy. You really made good use of the advices that was given to you. I can recall brilliantly how nervous you were about the prodigy loan you secured (the chances of securing a visa with loans), your school resumption date that was getting too close and the upfront medical report (that was yet to be updated on your MyCIC account) etc.... I am so so happy for you that it worked out positively in the long run. Congratulations once again on your crowning achievement. I am extremely delighted to be in the context of your TRV success story.Congratulations to all those that have gotten their TRV and to those that were rejected, don't give up, restrategize and refire. Thanks to the ABLE GENTS AND LADIES that have taken their precious time despite their busy schedules in answering and proferring solutions to questions pasted on this honourable platform. God bless you all for the awesome and selfless works you guys have been doing here. I shall be here from time to time to contribute my quota for the benefit of others. It shall end in praises for everyone viewing this topic. Frankrobben1 |

They do. You wouldn't know until you're about to submit your application. Apparently, Nigeria is one of the countries in UN poverty index. AgroNACT: |

Hello guys, please I need help, I was asked to go for medicals, and I found out that I need to book an appointment and it seems far and I might be busy but I am free now. Is there anywhere I can do the medicals by walking in without booking an appointment? This is for study visa |

Hello house! Is there any downside to writing a SOP of 3 and half pages? If no, is there any downside as well using computer terminologies to show understanding of your chosen discipline? I tried making it as concise as possible but new information keep popping up. Justmellow? Qudkom? Anyone?? Thanks. |
| Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 15 by Frankrobbn1: 6:13pm On May 10, 2019 |
Talanf:@the bolded, There is none at the moment. You have to book an appointment with IOM or Q-life prior to completing a medical exam. You will be given a week date from now to proceed for your medical test. |

abelorode:There is no specific pages an SOP should follow, provided that the information in the letter is well analyzed, coherent and concise it's acceptable. You can use computer terminologies but, also make sure the reader (the VO) understands the information you're passing across. |

Not all schools. I specifically know UBC waives application fees for Nigerians, but it is also a very highly competitive school. Kez911: |
