Realistically, i think its impossible for it do worse than that. Domestic or worldwide.

Right now, i'm more concerned about the movie quality. After repeated viewings, i have to admit i'm not too impressed with the new Far From Home trailer

Worldwide? Sure
Domestically? I wouldn't bank on that

I particularly avoid trailers as not to get cut off from the full unprejudiced experience so I have no idea what you talking about.

But if anything, it can't do worse than homecoming

I can't say I loved it. I'm a little apprehensive about the Nick Fury angle. I just really want to see Peter grow as a hero organically, struggling with things that are far beyond his age, pretty much all alone.

We'll see how the multi-verse thing goes. I'm honestly assuming that Mysterio is lying, and the whole movie is gonna be a big scam... because that's what Mysterio is.

Based on the trailer, this just feels a lot more of an extension of Endgame than a true blooded Spiderman movie. But we shall see.

there's a possibility of new mutants grossing less than $3OOm,the marketing for the movie is poor

Unlike Dark Phoenix, i'm actually pretty excited for New Mutants. I find the idea of a superhero horror flick quite interesting...

Btw, what the hell happened to the New Warriors series Marvel announced like 3 years ago. It was supposed to be a superhero sitcom if i remember correctly
Re: Marvel Cinematic Universe by MJBOLT: 7:27pm On May 10, 2019

I doubt that. If I remember correctly, Freeform couldn’t find a slot for it in 2018. I just assumed they’d send it to Hulu after that, but maybe they’re waiting for Disney+ now

Nothing really new except Peter doing a little parkour. Would have been nice to see a bit more evasive movement since something about the pole running looked a bit awkward. Then again unfortunately I'm super hyper critical when it comes to any Spider-Man movement/ action sequence and over analyze the heck out of it lol.
I’m glad that they aren’t showing much action at all and I hope it stays that way. I remember back with ASM2 they basically revealed every single action sequence through different commercials.

This is awesome. The parkour is a 100% step up from Homecoming

Lol @ that Kung Fu bit. The visuals are fantastic and the overall picture looks promising.

I hope this movie has a final swing in the end like in the first 5 Spidey films. Homecoming didn't have one and i love my final Spidey swings sad

Yup. I think Spiderman 2 had the best one. Although Spiderman 1 was the most iconic.

I know I'm in the minority, but Homecoming sucked balls. Far From Home better bring the heat, since the MCU Spiderman can only do anything that has to do with home. I no no the house wey dey hungry am. angry angry angry

Bro... MYSTERIO.

Dunno why it took so long to get him on the big screen. I've been a fan of that devious villain since forever. Na him be the main boss for all dose video games I played growing up, the few Spiderman comics I could lay my hands on, there was always Goblin and Mysterio. With Jake as Mysterio, I'm super hyped!

I mean, i get they made a lot of changes to the mythos but i don't believe homecoming was that bad. It was quite good for what it tried to achieve..which was remove the hot stench left over the franchise by the garfield series. It was ok

LOL. I actually LOVED Homecoming but i can understand where you're coming from. On the bright side, it looks like Far From Home will be more entertaining and action packed. The few set pieces we've seen from the trailers look unique and gorgeous.

As for the "home" part, i've thought long and hard and i can't just come up with a name for the third movie's subtitle grin

O my god. Mysterio's like my FAVOURITE Spider-Man villain since forever.

Fingers crossed that Marvel does him justice. Mysterio has serious potential to be an MCU A-lister if handled right

Yup. Mysterio's been long overdue for the big screen. Dude's an underrated gem.

I'm a bit bummed out over the fact that Michael Keaton won't return to reprise his role as the Vulture in FFH though. Keaton was IMO the most grounded and most realistic of all MCU baddies and deserves more recognition & accolades

Yeah that was a mega shìtfest. Almost destroyed the character as a whole. The reported plans for the part 3 still gives me nightmares.
