Follow these steps:

Google Play - Settings - Help and feedback - browse all articles - Delete or disable apps on android - Tap to go to application settings.

From there you can choose to disable any google app you feel you don't need.

Thanks a lot bro. This worked.

Nah, you won't.

But then, the screen doesn't have an oleophobic coating. Na correct fingerprint magnet.

I dislike finger smudges. That's another reason to get a good screen protector anyway.

Las las, I'll remove the protector if I'm not comfortable with it.

Ultimately you lose visual experience with screen protectors and I haven't used any screenprotector or phone that doesn't show smudges on its display.

Well, I'm very sure the rave will die down soon and we can go back to our normal sane pace on this thread. For those complaining about the battery life of their RN7, I'm also very sure you'll come back and give a different story later when you either allow the battery to settle down in sync with the new device, recalibrate or update to a more stable update. I'll advice our newbies that you just explore and enjoy their new phones first, before looking for additional tweaks as I'm very sure once again that those complaining are doing so because they haven't really discovered the right mix of getting the best out of their phones (unleashing the beast). Some of these things, you have to discover by yourself

But the screen, power button n fingerprint sensor isn't responding so we can't turn it off... also U no how Samsung j7 pro z sealed,so we can't open it
What do I do?? And what has damaged
Dem no born u well to open j7 pro yourself as a layman, as you'll first have to remove the screen to access the remaining parts of the phone. What I'd advise you to do is to take it to a competent phone repairer that'll open the phone, then service the board ( remove water from the board components with cleaning solution plus heat).

And you need to be fast about it or else! But don't worry, as long as the screen is intact, you have no problem

Hold the power button for as long as you can until the phone turns off.

Nope. Wanted to try it but some of the reviews online were very critical.

You should trust your own reviews bruh, those yanks and Indian geeks whine about everything.

Pair jetaudio with your well tuned headset/ear phone & come gimme a feedback.

Poweramp was top dog but the developers have become complacent. I just couldn't stand it's outdated ui last time I installed it.

Except you root
Not really. I pledged not to root & I've all unnecessary Google stuff disabled.

olayinkajnr:
Is there no how to disable apps on miui?

I mean, all those Google apps like DUO, PLAYMUSIC etc can't be disabled.
You actually can without root...

-Go to Play Store> Help & Support (on the search bar at the top type "Delete and disable apps on Android"
-Scroll down and click "Tap to go to Application Settings" (It's written in blue color).
-You'll see a list of all the installed apps on your phone. Scroll & find Google apps you wish to disable
-Click Dou, Playmusic etc you'll see disable & force close options

Note: You can't uninstall Google apps via this method, you'll need root for that

Is it advisable to recalibrate the battery before use?

I believe that is because I use both the stock camera and Gcam constantly. The Gcam I downloaded did not appear on the home screen as Gcam but as CAMERA, I tried looking for a way to change it but couldn't find. That is the reason there seem to be a double drain by the camera, the other one is the Gcam.
