Talanf:Go to IOM office at Ikeja tell the security men, you have appointment with the doctor simple. They will ask you where is the appointment letter? tell them your appointment was actually march 21st (that was actually my supposed date but later did it on the march 20th) but something happen that kept you out of town for so long. Check for this name Louis on that March 21. |

Frank274:What I would advice is that you can still apply, you just need to state it on your Sop, do a print out of the email that was sent to you and attach it to your application and ensure to make reference to it on your SOP and when you finally make payment for your tuition you can scan the receipt and send via web form. I hope this helps |

hardeholar1:1. Designated Representative information is for the person in Canada. 2. Applicants information is your information... You're expected to fill the two sections listed above electronically using your system/desktop, print, sign with a blue pen, scan and send it back to the person to append his/her signature. |

Frankrobbn1:Can the consent form be hand filled? I am having problems filling on my system as it doesnot let me save: when I hit the save button a blank pop-up displays making me unable to go beyond that stage and it doesnt save. So I am thinking, would it be ok to print and fill with a pen instead and then scan to upload. Thanks. |

Please house I need your advice. I just got a new admission letter this is my resumption date was on the 6th may and no news from CIC apart from BCM. So I requested for deferment but was turned down I then applied for a new admission and God made that one happen sooner than expected. My question is can I upload this new admission letter to my application since my province is Quebec and am yet to get another CAQ. Also how can I upload it Or should I wait until the outcome of my visa application Please Qudkum, makano Frank and Sally your candid advice is highly solicited. Thanks |

In Nijia ke ! It is the same thing that is done in my school but the record is usually together with that of your other classmates.that is where it is extracted from to give you your 4 pages. Eg if you graduated from Franch in 2002 Which means you mat. No./ reg. No 98....... They would just go to the booklet containing all 2003 sets records So her school saying they can not find it hum Imagine from yr1 -5 no record of her Bracha: |

You are a funny person Does it mean when and if you have a daughter you would know in advance who she would marry and use his surname. You check am naaa To answer your question it should be in her maiden name except you use her maiden name too as your last name. wealthmiq: |
