Bridget95:Forget that teasing comment written by that clown; there is no evidence anywhere to prove that the APC government is biased in executing capital projects around the different zones of the country. There are ongoing capital projects in every zone of the country Railway projects are capital intensive and regarding the rail modernisation project, all the different administrations since 1999 have done bits. OBJ (SW) started by constructing the Warri to Ajaokuta rail line connecting SS to NC. GEJ (SS) constructed the Abuja to Kaduna rail connecting NC to NW. Now Buhari (NW) is constructing Lagos to Ibadan connecting SW to SW. Today, only the SE and NE are yet to get any standard rails but tomorrow, a new administration would definitely do something. No need for these needless wailings and constant victimisation cries. 3 Likes 2 Shares |

This was Amaechi’s dream in Rivers but Wike in his wisdom said No, and didn’t complete the monorail project either. Now Buhari is using Amaechi’s idea and intellect to score political points. It’s a win win for Amaechi Political career and Buhari’s. A healthy political alignment if you ask me. 1 Like |

Iamgrey5:You may want to steer clear of conversations which you are ignorant of how they started. My post was based on the guys assertion that citing of developmental projects depends on a people's voting pattern, and not necessarily on the idea of maximising scarce resources. The core basis of citing a project in a region is the economic significance of such project to te region and not necessarily on how the region voted in a DEMOCRACY. Did you expect the electorate to all vote for a particular candidate? Wat then would be the point of a multiparty system like ours? And what does the emboldened mean? No wonder you lots celebrate clannishness and parochialism in the name of politics. FYI, politicians can not 'decide' with a people's collective resources. What if they 'deem it fit' to allocate a percentage of the national budget to their concubines? 1 Like |

helinues: abeg why are you including Fashola there, all i have seen in no light for the last 2 months? Lagos ibadan ROAD has not made much progress from where it was in 2015, so so traffic and speaking english up and down. Go to Epe and you will agree that If Buhari has any sense he should replace Fashola with Ambode |

Tripitaka:You are still typing gibberish. Trump decided to build a wall because of his electoral base Obama started Obama care which is a sort of universal medical care system but Republicans didn't like it. That is an example of a developed nation. Nigerian politicians can also decide to allocate huge resources to fund projects that would improve the lives of their supposed electoral base, if they so desire. It doesn't mean they have stopped been the president of all Nigerians. You can't expect the president to allocate same resources to areas that gave him less than 10% of their votes. 2 Likes 1 Share |
