It seems a bit confusing, but it's pretty straightforward. What they are referring to are people married to EU nationals living in the UK. These people wouldn't be carrying a UK spouse visa, they will be carrying a UK residence permit normally given to spouse of EU passport holder. Legally, a person married to an EU citizen only requires to be travelling with the spouse in order to enter the schengen area. The UK isn't a signatory to the schengen agreement meaning that the spouse of a UK passport holder will require a schengen visa.

I stand to be corrected on this, your friend and his non-EU spouse can try boarding without a schengen visa at any of the official ports of entry. Let's know what the outcome is.

I don't think that is the case, but we will keep researching while we wait for a reply from the embassy

Man with a van

Thank you. But I don’t have the kind of load that requires a whole van. Maybe like 30kg.

Hi everyone. I am currently in the UK and want to certify some documents. The private notaries I have contacted want to charge me an arm and a leg. I will like to know whether anyone have successfully certified their documents at the post office or their bank. I will like to know if I can get it done anywhere without fees. I have contacted my local court where it's free but the latest date of appointment given is June but I want to get it done by Tuesday.

Here in the United States, Banks notarize your Documents for free as long as you have a Bank Account with them...

So you might wanna ask your Bank if they offer notary services...

Alternatively you can visit the Court House, I usually pay $5/page...

Two quick questions:

Can one renew naija passport with three months left to expire? Planning to renew it when I travel.

How can one go to naija and not suffer from dysentery? Everytime I shat myself to bits even imodium couldn't handle it.

The rule is from 6 months you can renew..... so yes

I thought this running stomach only affects me. My stomach distrubs me a lot when i go to nigeria. Not sure why when i lived there for many years and was fine before

So that's fine then I can do an expedited one.

The last time I was there, the runny stomach no get part two. I was popping imodium like smarties despite the fact that I didn't drink pure water. I can't afford to lose weight now because its difficult for me to gain pounds of flesh.

Lol, when next you're in Naija, since I feel you have a liking for Surulere, try Yakoyo rather than Amala Shitta, and Commint Buka rather than Bank Olemoh Designer Rice. Ghana High Jollof is still okay. Thank me later.
