The man who was wearing Tortoise mask that covers his head and face, with blue bag was spotted today in Lagos, he said he want to eat with Emoney and Dangote, he included his phone number.

Some people reacted to his act, saying he is not hungry yet. While some said "he did not even choose to dine with me and he went and choose Dangote that is fasting"
