Sultan is the head. Kano emirate is as important as Kastina, Jigawa stool etc and all have long divided except Kano (Due to politics) Don't let the media deceive you. Do your research. Read the exploits of Usman danfodio.

I don't have to support "true federalism " which I don't know what it means if I ask 20 different people they will give 20 different answers.... To me Nigeria as presently structured will work if the structures are allowed to work

3. The Rolls Royces they talked about were bought by my two friends, Kola Kareem and Bola Shagaya. This is normal. The late Emir's limousines were bought by Aminu Dantata, Fernandez, Isiaka Rabiu, Sani Abacha and Ahmed Muazu. Everyone has friends and well wishers;
4. I am renovating the palace at my expense drawing on my overdraft with First Bank and liquidating assets and i dont mind being paid over a long period. And if i am not paid back by Government, it is still fine because the decision to use personal resources was mine;

They should not be pilling more debt for future generations. Their resources should be for education and health. Where in this did i insult either politicians or the people?
I have reflected over and over on my speech and i still dont see what i said that is so wrong and offensive. I didnt say the North cannot survive as a country. Afterall, Niger Republic is there with some help from Paris. I didnt say that the North in the past had no glory. I know it has a rich history. I didnt say the North can not be rich and better. In fact, i think it can and it is a disgrace we are where we are."

The only thing that is permanent and costant in life is change
But people are always afraid of Change
To those who are condemning d creation of additional emirates in Kano .I want to ask them a question :
If another State is carved out of KANO State today
automatically more Emirates would be created just like when Jigawa State was carved out of the present Kano State

So to me It's a welcome ideal

I know if Ganduje scrapped the monarchy all together alot of people complaining would bite their tongues. All he has to say is we're going to redirect cash to education and helping almajaris. They'll just maintain things associated with it for tourism and tradition. (Think of German or French castles)

My question is, how are they going to finance the new Emirates? Is it from same money used in financing the old one, and now split into 4 places or they have to have new budgets for the 3 new Emirates?
If they have to have new budgets for them, then it wasn't the right decision.
