Oga Minister, agriculture is not a youth/aged matter but one of investment in technology. All the challenges we have about agriculture are not about manpower but the acquisition and deployment of the means to increase crop yields, fight desertification, pests, floods, warehouse cattle and process products for long term storage. It has nothing to do wirh personnel.

Agriculture in other parts of the world donot have demographic coloration. Like any other business it is open to all ages, sexes.and backgrounds. The Minister should stop his obsession with the players and focus on the health of the game. A good football team like any successful, winning team in any venture will have a combination of all ages. The youth bring the vibe and energy, while the aged bring the experience and temperament.

Tim Cook of Apple is grey haired while Elon Musk of Tesla is what you may define as youth. Both demographic are needed. Mr Minister should focus on the development of agriculture and spawn what is required for its success.
