Hello bosses in the house, don't know whether there is any bukite (Bayero university kano) here. Pls need a soft heart to help me with a few questions like
-- Post utme subject combination for MBBS
-- Post utme score needed to have MBBS with 271 in JAMB as a non indigene from Nasarawa state
-- Nature of putme questions and how to get recent past questions
-- what are my chances with this score?
Pls help a curious brother who has been frustrated in unijos for 5years. Thanks in anticipation

How Uniben calculate the aggregate of jamb pume and waec to give admission.

Their were a lot of fluctuations in my jamb center hence I could no do to well so I got 260 but I am confident of doing better in the putme.

So please students of Uniben, what is the formulae for their aggregate score.
I need to know to set a target for my PUME

Jamb score/8 + p. Utme/2

I had 248 in my jamb medicine n surgery uniport any hope
if you can cross 300 in the putme then you may be considered

never say never, buckle up and work harder towards putme.

You can consider schools like unical or northern federal schools if you doubt your ability to score above 300.

As for University of Ibadan, I haven't seen any school in the whole of this country that is as transparent as her...I tell you this in all sincerity. If you got what it takes, face UI. If you merit it, University of Ibadan would admit you without any issues.

University of Ilorin, if you are a Muslim and from Ilorin... Please go ahead.

Ebonyi state University, I know nothing about the school or her processes

OOU, do you have huge amount of cash to spend, studying Medicine at Ago Iwoye doesn’t come easy without enough financial backup

LASU, if you're not a lagosian and do not have a long leg, please, stay away. I know someone who had 324 in the UTME last year, Chosen LASU, if only LASU would offer him admission tomorrow.

My 1cent Bruv!

Lol...Concerning LASU, i'd like to debunk that..i'm not a lagosian and i was admitted(currently in 200l, mbbs) and so was many other non Lagosians in my class, without long leg or whatsoever. Truly Lagosians hold the larger percentage of individuals in my class(55% or thereabout), but you certainly won't be denied admission if your grades were up to par... Concerning the someone who had 324, ask him how his o'lvl grades were..jamb is just 50% of a total 100, the rest to be obtained from your o'lvl, that's the admission modality LASU follows.

Dear Cardiologist, I would also be graduating from Physiology at Ibadan this year. I would want to help you see your chances practically.

University of Ibadan pegged her merit cut-off mark at 76.5 last year. Let's use your score of 260 as a scenario to see what you needed to score at the last post utme.

260/8= 32.5

76.5 - 32.5= 44

44 X 2= 88 (What you would have needed to score in last year's post utme to be eligible for Medicine).

Calculators are not allowed.

Can you do it?

Can you beat the previous year's cut off mark by 2 or more?

Anything is possible my dear friend.

Ps: What University are you presently at?
