No they wont do that. Seller wont agree cos it was shipped by aliexpress. You have to wait to collect your refund then you can reorder.
They believe if they resend you might get two packages at the end which will be a loss to 'em automatically

And prevent apps(that doesn't need Internet) from accessing the Internet.
