False!!! I had cancer when I was actually eating healthy. By healthy, I mean fruits and vegetables!!! I like eggs and can do without eating meat. I most often hate the smell of raw meat, especially chicken. The cancer came with a venom. With every step I took, I bled like there was a pump pushing out the blood. Fruits and vegetables are good, but I think an all inclusive eating habit is the best. There should be room for even sweet things. There’s no point depriving yourself of sooo much only to come and die of cancer.
