Evening bro, what's the best way to arrange your papers before submitting.
If you mean document merging, then you can download scanner apps to convert and merge your documents or make use of online documents mergers. Lastly, if you have a premium pdf viewer/editor you can easily make use of that.

Hello House, this tutorial is meant for ONLINE APPLICANTS ONLY
If you experiencing some form of Delay because of the documents you want to upload is larger than the maximum file size given to us by CIC, well, this worked for me and I am sure it will work for you, Notwithstanding if you have a better Method of doing this please Kindly Share. No knowledge is wasted HERE.

So, first of all, we know there are uploading sections for some documents already.
Example
1. Letter of acceptance (FROM YOUR SCHOOL)
2. International Passport
3. Digital photo
4. Medical

All the above listed has a particular uploading area, Read well so you don't make mistakes.
I also want to believe that even if you scan any of the above documents it won't exceed 4mb.

Now for the financial Support section, If you are confused about which document should be in this section then you have to go back on some Pages where Qudkom made a detailed post about this.

Now let us get started.

You are advised to Merge EVERY DOCUMENT relating to the finance aspect of your application together, Now If you want to do that, goto Sejda dot com, and Merge those files and download them back on Your System.

Now here comes the Trick to Compressing our document, go to google and download PrimoPDF, Install and close it.

Open your downloaded finance document, Hold "Ctrl + P" like you want to print, It will take you to another interface where you will be able to select your printing options, Now Select Printer and you will see a drop-down menu, Now Select PrimoPDF and Click on Print.

Wait for the progress bar to be done, Mind you it's not printing but trying to interface with the PrimoPDF software, When that's done, the PrimoPDF software will Popup and You will click on CREATE PDF, it will ask you to save it. FINISH

That's the magic ...

NOTE: The picture Quality might reduce a little.

@Qudkom @sillysassysally @Bracha @Viper and also to all the gurus out there YOU ARE THE REAL MVP.
God Bless you

Just to chip in,

The struggle to get a job is basically the same across board, especially when you lack Canadian experience. It doesn't make a lot of sense moving to Toronto for that purpose alone given that she just completed her second semester. Note that the house rent and cost of living will also increase significantly. My advice would be to tweak her resume to the Canadian standard and apply for jobs on indeed and kijiji, she can also go to these places physically and hand in her resume.

There is a hiring agency called Legacy Personnel at 2480 Seminole St, Windsor, ON. She can drop her resume with them, get booked for an interview and hope it works out.

Finally, If she has 40 CAD to spare, she can apply for Smart Serve. It's a certification that allows one serve in restaurants and bars, you basically cannot serve alcohol or food anywhere without that certification. It costs 40 CAD and it takes roughly 6 hours to prepare for it. Now, having this certification will up her chances a great deal.

I hope this helps. Goodluck.

Naijaforeigner:

She wants to change school or looking for where to work for the summer break before she goes back to Windsor?

I think you sent me a mail.

Oh! This is so interesting. Please boss, is there restrictions to course, school and regions about this ? I'm so naive about this please.
Naijaforeigner:

Just simply means you have the opportunity to apply what you are taught in class during paid work. You work full time for a specific period, get work experience in your field while studying and you get paid. Depending on the program, it could be 4 months, 8 months, 12 months...

Hi,

Unfortunately, i cannot recommend a program for you.
Pursuing a second degree requires serious financial, mental and emotional investments and i would not want to recommend a course for you that you'd eventually hate or that has no correlation with your future plans and career goals.

You're the best person that can make this decision for yourself. Here are some questions you may want to ask yourself to guide your decision;
1. What are your interests
2. What is your career goal
3. What opportunities excite you?

With all this said, when it is finally time for you to apply for a study permit, you will now have to tell a compelling story that ties your background to your intended degree.

Thank you oga @sillysassysally. This is so apt. I have always get interested in logistics and supply chain management. With goals in this career and many opportunities abounding therein. My issue now is this. Don't forget I mentioned in my earlier post that i didn't finish the initial degree back then in Nigeria. though, I had only one outstanding course after several attempts.im concerned about my age and academic progression, is this not a factor ?
*** Can my school offer me my transcript (I mean the school I went to in Nigeria) even without graduating?to process transfer . If yes.
**** I was studying chemical engineering then, can I use this to get admission into logistics and supply chain management in schools in Canada?
If No ; what other options is available for me as am above 25yrs, never obtained any degree before.
Please, you all should help my life. I have Emotional and financial stability for this task.

Thank you for all you do. My application is new.

TRV UPDATE for the week ending May 19th

This week was a relatively quiet one - though processing time remained at 9 weeks.

I would encourage those viewing the thread but have not submitted their timeline to please do, as it would help us make logical guesstimates on CIC processing time. Complete information is still needed from Dolapok, Seatea, Oni2019, Promise147, docsaj, Cutieflaky, Teejay30628, Klem28, Boe19, Ancy 26, Omarzx, Hiambenson, Wealthmiq, Teslimot01, Pelumi12, Harveygordon, Alexkrueger, Emeritus00, Chinonye94, Atamanekpen and Okoriekwe).

Finally, if you guys have any ideas on how we can present this information better or what else we can add to it or remove from it, I am always open any adjustment that'll make this better.

All you need to do is to indicate that you are also applying for a family member while answering your online questionnaire and it will create profile and the IMM forms for the person under yours. I also applied with my 2kids(2&4yrs).

My own chip in
She should move to Ottawa or Toronto for summer ONLY to work. If she has any friends (that lives in an apartment) or family member that can accommodate her for the season

Work experience is very very important here.

Relocating to Toronto or Ottawa is highly crazy in terms of cost of living so I will advise her not to relocate.

Her resume should be in Canadian standard, her friends can help her with it, her school employment supports can also help her with it, indeed can also help her with it. But I would advise she should go through school employment supports or friends formats. She should also write a very good ready-made cover letter so whatever work she wants to apply for she would just do a little editing.

In Ottawa ”PeopleReady” employs every day And they have jobs that pay $22 per hr in this summer.

If she wants to come to Ottawa, she should call them and book an appointment with them. then she will be interviewed and write an exam. After the exam, they will congratulate her.

There are surplus jobs in Toronto, Ottawa and BC but the cost of living is maad.

There isn't any link between chemical engineering and supply chaim management. Even if you wanted to go ahead it will take serious convincing. Especially with your previous academic track record.

Try and contact your school if they can give you your transcript and what you currently do in russia matters in applying for a program. If you are also not done with whatever program you are vying for there then I really can't advice other than you complete it before thinking of Canada.

The age factor can be nullified if you have a vibrant reason for going to Canada and can prove to a VO why you didn't complete your program et all.

Good Morning Gurus,

Please will Canadian embassy accept Mutual Funds statement of account (e.g ARM) showing my transaction history and my investment balance as a Proof of Fund for student visa? I intend to also get letter from ARM backing the Mutual Fund balance. The letter will state categorically that I have access to liquidate my investment at any time. I also intend to print my bank account statement indicating my transfers to the Mutual Fund Investment account. The investment is particularly a form of savings towards my post graduate studies. I thought it wise to invest the savings for reasonable returns rather than keeping it in my account. I have maintained the Mutual Fund Investment account since 2015.

Kindly advise.

It's actually a sign that your application has been finalized and that a decision has been made about your application. In most cases, it's a refusal letter that comes after biometrics correspondence validity if one has not been asked to go for medical

You should recieved a refusal (visa denial) mail one week after getting your biometrics update before getting another mail in this form 'Your processed passport is ready for collection blah blah'

But who am i to conclude.... Anything is possible! So hope

Good morning boss, answer to your questions can easily be found on school website.
Search for the school you are interested in, program of choice and you will know if there is a co-op option for that program.
