stupid show

maybe its a curse

american tv shows always end in senseless ways

the sopranos

how i met ur mother

two and a half men

breaking bad

the end is always stupid

they just ruined this show for no reason at all
stop ranting , and it's more of an English show . Things must not go your way always . And what happened in this episode , makes a lot of sense . I was always wondering why a 3 eyed rave wasn't the rule of the seven kingdoms , made a lot of sense to me then .

Sadly it is a show not televised. I wonder where you saw yours?

Two different conclusions were reached at that spot;

1. That Bran would be King
2. That the North would become a sovereign territory

For Bran and future kings of a unified Westeros, they would no longer rule by bloodlines but by choosing.

The above does not apply to the North as they are a sovereign state.

That said, could you point or reference a time when Dosh Khaleen or any Dothraki leader came to King's Landing as a leader or something? Lol!

That the Unsullied and the Dothraki came with Dany doesn't mean they are stake holders in the unified Westeros project. They never have been.

Some of you just love to argue even when you don't have a better understanding of the subject matter.
Bro it's on TV. .except you downloaded it illegally.smh

A lady will never make once she start prioritizing preeeeeq.

Look at Danny.

She went mad and burnt innocent people of KL all because Jon refused her his preeeeeeq.

She also died while thinking Jon was about to give her preeeeeeq.

Be responsible and decent like Sansa, don't be a preeeq and throne obsessed Danny.

Happy for the stark children tho, after the cruel beheading of their father.

But Sansa Queen in the North? Na, i oppose that.

Somebody here said Sansa must have bleeped the writers for them to make her queen, loooool.

who dem for give ? Bran is king , Arya doesn't want to rule , and Jon isn't around , the Stark house is the greatest house in the north . Unless there's another stark I didn't mention .

Fück the writers and producers... burn fück them all...

So why was Jon raised from fhe dead as the prince who was promised only to be Jamie lannister's school boy? (king queen slayer)

How did Sansa end up being queen after giving that bullshìt speech about the North bring independent? I thought she wanted no ruler in the north. Tricky bìtch (she has always wanted to be a queen right from season 1, episode 1)

So you are telling me Danny was just a pawn to be used for everyone's advantage? Her falling in love with Jon brought about her doom... She should have let the man die in season 7 (instead of saving him from the white walkers and losing a dragon).

Bran knew he was Jon be king (he replied "why do you think I came all the way" to tyrion after the selection. This means he can see the future). so why did he tell Jon about his true heritage if he knew that was go'n cause an emotional rift between him (Jon) and Danny? (which actually led to the massacre and Danny's death).

If Jon didn't know about his heritage, nobody wouldn't have conspired against Danny in the first place (which made her feel hostile and betrayed)

PS: if Danny had Jon's love and suppor (while grieving), she wouldn't go all "mad tyrant" saying nobody's opinion matters. The bìtch still wanted to Bleep him till her dying breathe. Why was her character destroyed just because of a mere preek while Sansa's character got elevated right from episode 1?

Y'all remember when i uploaded this last week?

Well... Game of thrones is a shiitý series to have being so predictable.
independent , go and check the meaning , she doesn't want the north to be among the seven kingdoms . Doesn't mean she doesn't want the north to be ruled , is there a country without a ruler ? I can only mention one ; Nigeria . Lol .

nope.

Jon was not a Stark....

He was never legitimised...and he was voted King.

Stark name had nothing to do with his vote.

Sansa was a stark living in Winterfell with Ramsay Bolton, and none of the northern lords tried to help her.

That name had nothing to do with the decision to name Jon King in the north...

This your argument ehn... Jon was always known to all and sundry as the bastard of of House Stark. It was an open secret and that they chose him meant they legitimized him, just as Dany did Gendry and Lord Bolton did Ramsay. A bastard cannot be regarded as the Lord or Head except he is legitimized. Arya mentioned this too in the garden just before Bran spilled the secret to the Stark girls. This isn't even supposed to be a topic up for discussion.

None of them tried to help because the Northern Houses are not equal and the greater ones had betrayed House Stark. The lesser ones looked on and pretended until Jon rallied round. As much as he was regarded a bastard, he was known as Ed's offspring, which was only natural.

lol. Jon was nominated by that little bear Lady Lyanna she said " I know no king but the king in the North whose name is Stark. I don't care if he is a bastard or not he is a Stark to me" that was how Jon got the crown

In as much as I don't want to admit, she's actually the protagonist of this shows.

Bran and sansa did nothing for 8 seasons especially bran

Jon parentage was a ploy used to destroy Dany

Night king was a ploy used to derail Dany and force Jon on her

The entire show is rigged and stupid

North of the Wall... To Castley Black, after the defeat of Night King, Jon handed over Ghost(the wolf) to Giantbane, Giantbane promised to take of it saying His people need a free place to wander and said he will head out when the storm is over. Now Jon is back to the wall he sees ghost and Giantbane...

To me, I think He's helping them find a settlement then He(Jon) will return to the Wall.

Check Episode 4 season 8.

Stick to the argument. Most of you shift goals easily when you realize you had no ground or basis in the first place.

For you to have said the Dothraki wasn't invited as one of the Lords of Westeros tells a whole lot.

Anyways, I saw the entire season illegally by downloading week after week, like more than half of the entire fans who make up for GOT viewership worldwide. That said, I'm wondering how someone who didn't download illegally never understood the politics or dynamics of Westeros. So much for paid subscription. grin

The thing is that you can't blame the writers of the show though.
The show became too expensive to produce, with the actors being massive stars now, the network couldn't afford them anymore... One million per actor!

So they had to rush it, which makes bad writing and mistakes inevitable.

If the show was extended than usual, the Network, might not meet their expected profit, due to the high cost of the show.

So let's all give them a break, they didn't do a bad job
I think it's 2m per actor , the big ones oh .

Seems you all just wanna follow the trend of criticizing the show for no Apt reason. The show has been excellent from the first episode up till the last.

Well, personally for me, this ending was damn perfect. I'd never have wanted it any other way.

Let's just hope the GOT prequel continues at this pace
Gracias D& D cheesy

no doubt...but that was just for dramatic effect.

There was an actual Stark in the room, sat beside Jon...who was conveniently ignored.

If it was about the name, then Sansa would have got it.

What is the implication of the North seceding from the seven kingdoms?
Sansa gets to call herself the Queen in the north. That's the only reason. Don't overthink this show; the writers certainly haven't.

The only person that can legitimise anybody is a king/queen or the owner of the name.

Ergo Ramsay legitimised by daddy Bolton, and Gendry by Danaerys.

No other person can legitimise you.

Small girl Mormont acknowledges this fact by pointing out that she knows he's a bastard, but she's chooses to ignore it.

she cannot say Jon Snow - you are now Jon Stark....and she didn't, because it doesn't work that way

See how shitty this ending was. Both Bran and Sansa will not sire children bearing their names to take over. Then another war for the throne/chair will start. Anyhow, let me not think about the parts that were bad let me think about the parts that were good and thank them for bringing this to life. It was worth the time.

For a show that prides itself on being unpredictable, this ending was predictable af.

“I’ve wrestled with [the issue of fan speculation online], because I do want to surprise my readers,” he said, according to The Telegraph. “I hate predictable fiction as a reader, I don’t want to write predictable fiction. I want to surprise and delight my reader and take them in directions they didn’t see coming … At least one or two readers had put together the extremely subtle and obscure clues that I’d planted in the books and came to the right solution. So what do I do then? Do I change it? I wrestled with that issue, and I came to the conclusion that changing it would be a disaster, because the clues were there. You can’t do that, so I’m just going to go ahead. Some of my readers who don’t read the boards, which thankfully there are hundreds of thousands of them, will still be surprised and other readers will say: ‘see, I said that four years ago, I’m smarter than you guys.'”

Even if this happens, the children are legitimate heir to the throne.

If the North is to be governed by a Stark, then the uncles children are still legitimate contenders... It's with all this entanglement the show runners decided to end here, living the masses to their own thoughts... Even the spin off will be addressing the eras of the mad king n Targeryens... Not continuing from season 8 actually.
But they will not bear the Stark name
