Hitech TMT irons
Y10mm Y12mm Y20mm while we await Y16mm for columns.
Few points require Y20mm as columns.
We have 44columns with one 1600mm pad base with two 1200mm while others are 900mm.

Building from profiling and setting out to Roofing and that's called phase 1 or first phase,finishing is the 2nd phase(can fall under plastering and window installation among others) and furnishing is the Final phase

After cutting Y20mm for the two columns as start bars, we heat the rods the be able to bend with ease.

After few days delay that slows the work down we got the Y16mm for column.
Work is fast as possible as we chase the time.

Placing of mat and setting of column in progress.
According to the terrain here we would have used almost double of the cement used but we buy the way out since we have lot of hard core on site.
