For more than 4 years now, Huawei has been quietly developing their own OS. In fact, some of their newer Mate series have their OS. The EMUI is a fork of the android OS, which is open-source. In a few years, most chinese mobile phones will be using this OS and thus reducing the influence of the US

These were all the countries where those phones founders began operation. And who killed them? It was Apple and Google Android.

No doubt, HUAWEI would create an O.S, but do you know what it takes for people to trust an OS? Do you know what it takes for Developers to adopt an O.S? What killed Nokia "Symbian? What Killed the Blackberry OS? Look today how many developers develop apps for the Blackberry?
If you come to think about it, developing an O.S what can be trusted would take years, and if App developers don't find it interesting, they would abandon it. Have you even thought about the Windows Phone OS? How well is it doing in the Market? Even with the fame of the Windows Operating System.

The Advantage china has is it's Labour force, it is cheap labor and cost of production that made all these U.S companies move to china. Why Produce same product in the U.S for $50 per product if i can produce same in china with cheap labour at $10, ship it back and then get taxed $5 making it a total of $15 per product, and yet still set at same price and get more gain/ profit.

There is what is called Cost-Based Pricing and Value-Based Pricing (Please read about it) then you would understand why Chinese products thrive.

Why is there a trade war? And why do you think both parties would pay for such war, and even at that, do you know that china would suffer more. Please Keep in mind, all other factors, Such as, the trade deficit, relationships, China Sells more to the U.S and U.S has been a big market. How much produce can Nigeria Pay for, How much does Nigeria Spend on Chinese import compared to the U.S? Also we are talking about the $ and not Naira Purchases or other African currencies. Also talk about Bonds, of which china has a lot of U.S Bonds, but do you know the consequence of selling the U.S Bonds? If they start selling it (U.S Bonds) out of desperation to get back at the U.S, the remaining Bonds would no more be as valuable. As the Price could depreciate. Look there is a lot out there online, but not all of them give profound analysis. If you read and study the Financial Market and Technology you would know these facts.

Both Countries would pay the Price, but China would feel the impact the Most.
If the U.S starts shifting productions to other countries, it would affect china, the Chinese Governments (Communist) hold has helped them dictate without it's citizens having much to say, but to accept what ever policies.

But how many things can you list that China Built from scratch without it being in existence?

China has thrived greatly in Africa, because Africa does not have the money to spend on western developed product, China designs and builds based on what Africa can pay. For Instance how many of us Nigerians can pay for an IPhone of $900, convert that to Naira, but with about #25,000 (less that $100), a Nigerian can Buy a Phone and be happy, with that phone (running on Android) at least he can chat and browse and do his transactions, which also is what the Iphone Provides, only difference being in Quality and Brand (maybe).

But even at that, you still realize that it's still small money compared to the trade they do with U.S, which it's primary currency is the dollar.
