Death penalty on corruption would serve a greater good that would trickle down to all aspects of life in Nigeria..

While protecting the herdsman and his cattles, what is being done about the farmer and his crops which the cattles feed on?..

Steal a cow and die! Rape a child or woman and pay a fine/compensation then live at the expense of the state in the name of life imprisonment.

These laws are made to protect their cows. If there were no rustling, no one in the north would have cared. Anything for the cows.

In the years when crisis engulfed the deep south over oil, the northern elites drank and laughed over the travail of the people. They envisaged the demise of southern civilization and the dominance of the North for decades to come. Little did they know trouble was brewing behind their backyard. A trouble that will set the region back for more than 50years.

So long as the north put their merchandise (cow)over the lives of their people and others, they will continue to pay a devastating price. Like my friend and brother Sen Shehu Sani said, "you cannot build a ladder from the woods of coffin", so the north cannot build their region on the devastation and desolation of others.

GREAT NEWS Since the year 2019 began. All these hopeless kidnappers/Rapists/ Cattle Thieves will now allow people rest.

They should enquire from Mr president first if he accepted the move to avoid disappointment.
