50 minutes pick up ? Nawao

Yea the road was bad plus I had to stop multiple times to ask bike/keke & people for directions as Google map didn't direct me through the rider's advised route until I was very close to the street (pickup). I even passed the junction I was meant to turn into and had to turn back. At a point, I felt the rider will cancel. I could not cancel cos I would have been total loss

Maybe he meant 15mins.
50mins is like ikeja to lekki

50 mins o. It was Isheri Oshun to Ijegun but went through Abaranje road did about 2km on that Abaranje road before I turned to an untarred road. I did over 5km altogether from my point to pickup and the road was really bad

You think...when you experience such, you will be born again. grin
It wasn't a pleasant experience that morning. Left home when I had a request on Uber. Tire went flat just few metres from home so called rider to cancel. After fixing tire, I waited for almost an hour before the Taxify request entered. I didn't expect to spend up to 20mins to pickup.
When i got to pickup, the lady told me that many drivers had canceled on the way cos of the long pickup at different time & felt I might do same too. But because I had gone too far to turn back, I continued till I got there

I laugh at people making silly comments like support your own gidicab/intercab. What makes you think these guys won't do worst than Uber when they gain ground??
I will patronize 100% made in Nigeria when we learn to stop oppressing others with with wealth made 4rm people's sweat. Uber makes millions of dollars daily but we hardly hear anything abt d owners or CEO, but if it was 9ja nw we all know d rest (sirens everywhere, motorists/being assaulted 4 blocking convoy part). So fvck off

My point is make/give me a good deal n I'll join you and stop using the crappy guilty conscience game in business.

Are u aware that uber is now 3% percent commission now ? So I think uber is trying to be fair ...I just feel that if something does not pay person and u try to fix . You quit and look for something better.. Obviously the shouting and screaming has not worked. So the best thing is to look for an alternative... I can't come and kill myself.. Have done my part to help drivers that work for me. I do all my expenses both minor or major .. So I try to contribute in my own little way.
Loud it please!!! I respect your opinions sir..
They are not evening complaining about the source of the problem gangan.. You are blaming people that came to help your life's for trying to put food on your Table..

I don't talk much here, but I noticed a trend about people who are always complaining about this uber business not being profitable , i dont wanna mention names tho this same people have actually been driving as far back as 2016 till dis present day, if the thing nor dey profitable am pretty sure they would have quit.

My point is u guys shouldn't try to discourage others abeg, let's learn from each other.Guys like jessusson2020 are trying even if I don't like the way he insults people.

In other news, abeg where romeo3,ogunvic41 dey?

Whenever you get the car, register on Indriver app, contact me to help you get registered and approved via WhatsApp on 08085404500. Other drivers can contact me as well.

First advice I can give you is to find a better way of marketing your app..
Tell them they will make 500k every Month and blah blah..
This style will leave you hanging like them Intercab and co

LOL, I don't need to lie to you to convince you. For me, the question to be answered regarding you is this:

Would you be registering early or would you be joining the crowd much later?

That's how confident I am God sparing our lives.

I belong to one of this ehailing whatsapp group, they keep on spamming us with message to patronize one of the indigenous local ehailing companies, sadly they are all in for the money... Any driver foolish enough to believe that they really care about you is in for a long thing. They should go build their satellite, they should go build their phones, why not even build the cars or parts that is used on the platform. How can you be claiming indigenous when all the tools used is at least 99% foreign. Honestly i get tired of the phrase patronise us we are local we have your best interest.

Glad Uber has quietly shut them up with the 3% commission, if they are truly local and care about our interest let them indigenously hit us with a 1% commission rate, then we will know that they are really here for the drivers' interest.

They even can not see the handwriting on the wall, that it is in their own collective interest to all merge together and form one strong indigenous ehailing app company that can at least give Uber/Bolt a chase for their money. Greed and Pride will not let them tow this path, until it is too late.

Indigenous ehailing companies see easy money and they are all forming saviour of the Nigerian Apps drivers.

Indigenous ko, indigo ni!

They cannot afford rigorous marketing how will they even survive being in a competition?

Problem is now most riders are on taxify. Even the island that used to be uber's strong hold. I think they waited too long before bringing the fight to taxify. All the same, the 3% is a sweet sweet development grin
