It's growing gradually. As it increase, taken 10 courses at the kitchen side,basement plan would have been lovely perhaps the client is a fan of it. Presently might not see the 10 courses but as we proceed.

Hum2020:It will sir. The DPC will be done. Would have love to do basement at that kitchen side cos it's going higher but regardless depends on the client. We don't want to step the German that's why we raise the back to meet the front,then the client might decide either to fill the compound or leave it that way. Thank you sir. |

3 coaches here means 10 coaches at the back,we thinking of doing a basement at the kitchen side but all these depends on the client. We agreed to raise it to that level and fill up before our German so at least we are above the road level in front but we plan to scrape the land a bit to level up the compound ( at the completion of the building) Happy viewing

See the present challenge and fund limit us in doing basement Even with 11 coaches at the back it goes down in front and the road around 6inches higher or perhaps at same level, we have to channel the water after all.
