Gamophobia is scarily common amongst men in recent times. Worse even, many women don't even realise more and more men are gamophobic. Men don't trust women any longer. I'm certain the level of distrust wasn't that high a generation ago.

But what's funnier is how no one is blaming the man for messing up the poor lady like this. Imagine if it were the bride that walked away on the wedding day. She would have been under fire by now. That's when you'd hear things like "these hoes cannot be trusted", "this one still wants to enjoy olosho lifestyle", "indecisive women everywhere", etc.

A man that cannot make up his mind till the wedding day .....

My 18 yr old cousin told me ,2 days ago, he is seriously considering not marrying ever. He must know things about girls his age that I don't . He is a relentless womaniser.

Anyway, I , his older cousin could only look at him, bemused. I am in my late 30s and have never been married. I know things about women my age and a bit younger that I guess he might not know. I wouldn't say I am a serial womaniser.

'What, then, would u do about kids? How will u have kids? out of wedlock?' I ask him. 'if that means being , like, a baby daddy. Yes bros, that's the plan...but am not sure yet' he answers me ,matter-of-fact. I do not know where he seems to be getting that example from. What I do know is, while marriage in the broad sense might not be a scam, getting married to a 9ja babe is one of the biggest risks a man can take in the world today.
