I don't know about date. I remembered my brother's wife consume a lot of date during pregnancy because she heard it eases labour. However, she ended up with gestational diabetes. I don't know if that's the cause ooo. Pineapple is my best fruit, I just have to halt it for now. Till I'm 36-37weeks gone. Best of luck to other mamas.

Pls mothers, am not undergoing much labour pain but only contraction since Sunday, doc said d service is not wild aft he has done induction twice, he's now preparing me for CS, is it ideal?

Please mamas who knows how I can cope with severe morning sickness, this is my 3rd but every single time it feels worse. This has rely affected my quality of life, is there anything drug or anything I can do to feel less miserable? Crackers is not working.
The retching is worse, sometimes it feels like my skull will splitting when I retch or vomit, the palpitation is so bad. Please help, the days are long, the nights are even longer.

There is nothing wrong with CS, the utmost thing in your mind now is to have a safe delivery and carry your baby. If your doctor advices CS, trust him.
Have a very safe delivery, we await your good news.

Probably other mamas know better with experience.

Don't be, fear is the enemy, don't let it in. CS is very safe, forget any past tales you've heard, they are untrue.
I hope you have the time to be going this back and forth, not wasting precious time. Talk to your doctor and get the best thing done to bring out your bundle of joy biko.

A certified pharmacist should be able to tell you the right dosage. My doctor reduced my dosage because I have to drive everyday to work. He said a reduced dosage wld reduce the sleepiness I'd feel. You dont have to register before you see a doctor. I've not registered either but I see a doctor anytime I need to

BIRTH STORY

We really wanted to have an April baby cause my first was born in Hubby's birth month and we wanted one in my birth month . So when they gave me 29th as edd I was praying not to exceed that day, didn't even know I will exceed it cause for my first, I had the same 29th as Edd but gave birth before then.

The pregnancy was quite different from my first, I missed my period but urine test was negative for some days unlike my first when it tested positive 5days before I missed my period. Didn't experience any Ms, was very strong and doing my daily work like someone who wasn't pregnant.

My Doctors were willing to allow me try for a VBAC provided I don't pass my edd. At my 33rd week I fell ill. It was so bad that I thought I wouldn't survive it but God intervened and I was up on my feet again. As my edd drew closer I kept looking out for any sign of labour but all I got was nothing. My bump was quite small and I felt Doctors were not taken me serious, maybe they thought I still had time. They will only tell me your baby has positioned well and is not big so we will allow you try on your own.

In my 39th week I went for a scan out of curiosity I wanted to know what was going on inside. Scan said baby looks good but was measuring about 35weeks and weigh 2.48kg giving me 30th of May as Edd. They were even questioning if I truly remember my LMP. I left there laughing no be only 30th

40th week came and passed no labour either so I was booked for Elective Cs. Went for admission a day before the procedure, was doing the necessary paper work when I felt wet down below went to check and saw I was expelling mucus plug. Contraction started almost immediately but wasn't regular. I couldn't sleep throughout the night cause the contraction kept coming, I was just timing it to see if it will become more regular and stronger, I didn't even tell the nurse on duty. By 4am she saw me still awake and asked what was wrong, I then told her I was contracting, she asked how strong and if she should call a Doctor for me, I told her not yet but she still called anyway. The Doctor came and asked me to tell her when next the contraction hits me so she can feel it , there and there contractions stopped, she waited for about 30mins still nothing. Others on admission were already being prepared so I just joined them to prepare.

I was taken in first, was given spinal anaesthesia and almost immediately my lovely, beautiful Princess was brought out. Birth weight was 2.6kg. I was stitched and wheeled to the ward. Was discharged after 5days cause all of a sudden I started having high Bp.

Almost had a wound break down too cause of stress after delivery but God has being faithful. My wound is healing well.

Sorry for submitting my Bs late, I'm just beginning to get myself.

Whaooo thank you sis for your response. Mine is on and off brown discharge so i have no cause worry. We will all carry babies to term and deliver like the hebrew women in Jesus Name. Amen
