A man has fallen victim into the hands some soldiers who ordered him into a gutter for scratching their car.

THE MILITARY PSYCHE IS STILL VERY MUCH WITH US SEVERAL YEARS AFTER THE MILITARY LEFT THE POLITICAL STAGE.
