Also, the average Nigerian typically has no developmental plans. He only likes to spend money, to be noticed, praised and he does not like to produce anything. He likes to go to places where others have worked so that he can enjoy what others have worked. Nigerians do not have the mental and psychological capacity to build and develop any nation.

Few people spend money meant for millions, in a country where majority are poor, what do you call it?

India has more billionaires in dollar than some stable countries but does that stop them from being one of the poverty capital, it's even the former capital. The wealth is not spread accordingly and other abnormalities are used in rating
