I'm sure you didn't even understand what you posted, read up that attachment again

A terrorist is a person who uses intimidation and violence especially against civilians in the pursuit for political aims.

Nnamdi Kanu had already said that anyone who refuses to honour the sit-at-home must be stoned to death.
Is that a form of prayer or pleading or appealing or intimidation to you, tell us.
Leave the mumu

The only understanding of a terrorist to them is someone strapping a bomb to the body and blowing up people. grin

Shut up! You didn’t fight anything! You were beating blue and black. They even denied you food and that was why more of you were killed by starvation than by bullets

No need arguing, just take your time and read through the definition given then juxtapose it with the last statement from Nnamdi Kanu about stoning to death, if you can't see any correlation then let's forget this discussion because I know so many Nairalanders would've seen it and understood what I'm driving at.
Has IPOB stoned anyone to death?
you don't judge a group with the threats they make, you judge with their actions

Sir, murder is crime. But proven attempted murder is also a crime. The law believes that the potential murderer should not be allowed to actualize his attempts before actions will be taken.

Not that I know of.

I am just explaining that proven attempted crime is also a crime under the law.

Just making sure you understood the real definition of a terrorist, it never said if people were actually harassed even if it later happened at Nnewi.
Were people intimidated with stoning to death is what we are talking about which amounts to terrorism, did anyone or group intimidate a civilian population with death if they go out?
Remember it was YOU that brought up the dictionary

In Nigerian law today, it is a crime to threaten anyone with death even if you have no intention.
Just saying it alone and you can be sued for threat to life.
The fact that Nigerians don't know the law and their rights doesn't mean it doesn't exist.
Ask any police officer or lawyer, they'd explain better what threat to life means.

Either you are so ignorant, or you are too deep inside kanu's azz to use use your brains.
Criminal Threats

Even though the Constitution guarantees the right of free speech, that right is not an absolute one. The law has long recognized specific limitations when it comes to speech, such as prohibitions against slander and libel. In some situations, speech can even constitute a crime, such as in the case of criminal threats. A criminal threat, sometimes known as the terrorist threat, malicious harassment, or by other terms, occurs when someone threatens to kill or physically harm someone else.

Criminal threats are made with the intention to place someone in fear of injury or death. However, it isn't necessary for a victim to actually experience fear or terror. Rather, it's the intention of the person making the threat that matters. The intent of a person who makes threats is usually determined by the circumstances surrounding the case.

Ask a first year law student or just any policeman, of course when you get to court, there must be a witness. Threat to life is a crime in Nigeria, just saying it even without having the intention.

What you said nonsense. Where does it say in the 1999 constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria that making a verbal threat is either a criminal or civil offence. The constitution is what matters, not some law book

Leave those kids who know next to nothing but flexing muscles on the internet.
Google alone can teach him all about the Nigerian criminal code and justice system but he won't use. When Buhari say they are lazy youths now, they get angry

I told you to show me where in the constitution it says that merely talking about killing someone is an offence and you are giving me the entire Nigerian criminal code to read? That's rubbish

Section 39 of the Nigerian constitution says:
Every person shall be entitled to freedom of expression, including freedom to hold opinions and to receive and impart ideas and information without interference

Anybody is allowed to freely talk or express themselves as long as what they say is not used to commit or attempt to commit a crime. So if a person only said that they will kill another person, it cannot a credible threat to life since words alone cannot harm a person.
