I don't know about date. I remembered my brother's wife consume a lot of date during pregnancy because she heard it eases labour. However, she ended up with gestational diabetes. I don't know if that's the cause ooo. Pineapple is my best fruit, I just have to halt it for now. Till I'm 36-37weeks gone. Best of luck to other mamas.

Good afternoon belle full mamas . I am 7 weeks gone and would be going for my first scan tomorrow, however I have being unable to drink water as it makes me vomit. Please what can I do to enable me keep water down to enable me have my scan done.

Try ice chilled water. I can't keep water down too but manages to keep down ice chilled water, it leaves me shivering few mins later but hey, I am get hydrated.

You can also try a few drops of lemon and sugar/salt in a cup of water to help keep it down.

I’m pushing it 18 weeks tomorrow, such a task but I’ve regained all my energy no more I’m tired I’m tired just leg cramps once in a while. I’m counting down every day o October should just come that’s all. Next appointment is Tuesday and I should get an ultrasound to find out sex

Lol no particular time of the day o, it’s as the baby pleases and how keen you are in trying to know by going in again and again (which will cost more). Before the next scan drink something cold very cold with gas the baby will probably move around and you may luckily find out the sex.
